Amendments to the Law Act on Fees, to provide incentives for investors

Turkey’s Ministry of Economy (Revenue Administration) published the General Communiqué on Act on Fees (“Communiqué”) in the Official Gazette numbered 29847 on the 4 October 2016, which entered into effect on the same date. In particular the amendments in the Law on Fees numbered 492 became important for investors.
