Our firm is looking for a talented commercial lawyer for a Senior Lawyer position with:
Bachelor's degree in Turkish Law and LL.M. degree from a reputable Law School
At least 5 years experience in the area of Corporate/Commercial Law
Excellent contract drafting skills / familiarity with a variety of commercial agreements
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Preferably knowledge of a second foreign language, e.g. German, Russian, French, Italian, Arabic, or Spanish
Strong negotiation, decision-making, presentation and advocacy skills
Ambition and desire to progress and develop
Able to work with flexible hours
Able to organize work alone as well as part of a team, establish priorities
Ability to deal with ambiguity problem solving
