International Work Force Law Turkey Aug 2016
International Work Force Law numbered 6735 (“The Law”) was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force on 13 August 2016. Preventing the out of record working of the foreigners, increasing the number of qualified foreign workers with balancing between local and foreign work force, are planned with the new Law. Work permit applications will be evaluated according to the international work force policy which will be determined by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
