Russian Legal Update: Changes in the procedure of registration of branches and representative office
KILIC & Partners advises that according to the Russian Federal Law No. 106-FZ "On Introduction of Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" dated May 5, 2014, which entered into force on January 1, 2015, all branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities must re-register with the Tax Authority by April 1, 2015.
