The KILIÇ & Partners law firm Turkey EU & BeNeLux Legal Desk based in our Istanbul office, has been providing legal advice to commercial organistations operating in international trade between the EU & BeNeLux countries and Turkey and is specifically designed to give the optimal guidance to Dutch, Belgian and Flemish oriented and based clients.
With a multinational and multilingual team, we are focused on providing legal solutions for every corporate and commercial law related question, from corporate governance, cross border transaction, cross border Mergers & Aquisitions, to commercial contracts and transportation issues.
Besides our BeNeLux clients, we also cooperate with clients from the CIS member states - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, including also Georgia, Turkmenistan and Ukraine as its de facto associated member states and EU member states such as: Spain, France, Germany and Italy.
Within our multilingual legal team we have both native Dutch, Ukranian, and English qualified lawyers, who are able to conduct our legal services in both Turkey and abroad.
