Siobhan was educated at the University of the Witwatersrand and is an admitted attorney and member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces in South Africa. She has both law and international relations degrees. She obtained her Master degree in Law at Leiden University, the Netherlands and will be commencing her PhD at the University of British Colombia, Canada.
