Berin Simge Hikmet is partnering with KILIÇ and Partners to support the Arbitration & Commercial Litigation Practice whilst remaining an independent Barrister-at-Law, currently a door tenant at Argent Chambers, Chambers of Harendra de Silva QC in London. Berin is registered as Barrister-at-Law at the Bar of England and Wales and at the Greek Cypriot Bar under the EU directive. She is a member of Middle Temple Inn. She has a substantial practice representing foreign investors, companies and governments in connection with a wide variety of commercial and investor-state arbitrations. Her practice ranges from institutional to ad hoc proceedings conducted under the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA and ICSID rules. She is bilingual and advices clients in English and Turkish.
