The KILIÇ & Partners' CIS & Russian Legal Desk, based in our Istanbul office, has been operating for a number of years, dealing with international legal issues in relation to the operations of leading companies in the CIS and Russian speaking countries and Turkey. With a multinational and multilingual team, we have a focus in the energy production and distribution sector, as well as real estate acquisitions, commercial contracts, crossborder transactions, corporate funding and financial markets. We work with local and multinational clients, including financial and corporate institutions and have substantial commercial experience and knowledge, within the CIS & Russian Legal Team.
